Scope of work: | In the course of this project, it was necessary to carry out work on the development of a building consisting of a boiler room, administrative premises for a boiler room and a mini-CHP. |
Location of the object: | Volkovysk ", Republic of Belarus |

Our design institute was tasked with performing a full range of works for the implementation of a biofuel TPP project.
Scope of work performed
Development of design documentation was carried out in one stage "Construction" project, followed by an examination.
In the course of this project, it was necessary to carry out work on the development of a building consisting of a boiler room, administrative premises of a boiler room and a mini-CHP.
The building is made of frame, prefabricated metal structures with three-layer insulation. External enclosing structures - panels of the "Sandwich" type with non-combustible mineral wool (basalt) insulation and with a factory finish.
A woodchip storage shed with automated feeding and automated ash removal is provided.
The design engineers of the electrical engineering department had to perform the whole range of works for the smooth operation of the boiler house and CHP. Perform calculations of the settings of protection terminals, short-circuit currents in all necessary modes, circuit solutions for RU-10 kV Mini-CHP, as well as solutions for the reconstruction of PS-110 kV cells.
Results of work performed:
The deadlines for the execution of work on this boiler house with the Mini-CHP were 90 calendar days. After that, the project in full was submitted to the expert examination.
The result of the work on this project was a positive expert opinion within the time frame provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the issuance of design documentation to the Customer for the timely start of construction.
Design Institute "Turbopar" thanks the Customer and the equipment suppliers for the prompt work on providing the initial data for the implementation of this project and hopes for further cooperation with Zacachzik in the implementation of projects.
