Our design institute was tasked with performing a full range of works for the implementation of this project.
Scope of work performed
Development of design documentation (design of TPPs using biofuel) was carried out in one stage "Construction" project with subsequent examination.
In the course of this project, our design institute has developed a building consisting of a boiler room, administrative premises of a boiler room and a mini-CHP.
The building is made of frame, prefabricated metal structures with three-layer insulation. External enclosing structures - panels of the "Sandwich" type with non-combustible mineral wool (basalt) insulation and with a factory finish.
A woodchip storage shed with automated feeding and automated ash removal is provided.
The economic effect during the implementation of the project for the installation of energy-efficient boiler and power generating equipment is achieved by replacing the use of natural gas with local fuels for generating heat and electricity, reducing the specific fuel consumption for generating electricity in the entire power system, and reducing the specific fuel consumption for the supply of thermal energy.
