Design Institute "Turbopar" completed the development of the design of a CHP and a water treatment plant for the facility: "Construction of a soda ash plant with a capacity of 300 thousand tons per year in the Kyzylorda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan." Also received a positive conclusion of the State Expertise on this project.

The main indicators of the CHP:

  • Steam capacity 150 t / h
  • Electric power of the CHPP - 24 MW;

The project used the following equipment

  • two gas turbines with an electric capacity of 8.0 MW each with steam recovery boilers;
  • two steam boilers with a steam capacity of 75 t / h 3.9 MPa, 440 C each;
  • one steam turbine type P with electric power up to 8.0 MW.

The construction of a highly efficient CHP plant will provide the plant with cheap energy and increase the reliability of its power supply.
