The Turbopar Design Institute has completed the development of design documentation for the Energy Center for the project “Construction of a plant for the production of sheet metal and tinplate in the town of Miory, Vitebsk region. A positive expert opinion on this project has been received.

The energy center is designed to provide the plant with electricity, steam and hot water.

Maximum electric power: 25650 kW;
Maximum hourly load:
- for heating, heat supply, ventilation and hot water supply during the heating season - 16.095 Gcal / h (18.719 MW).
- for hot water supply in the non-heating period - 1.074 Gcal / h (1.249 MW).
Technological needs (heat carrier-steam):
- maximum hourly load (peak) - 22 t / h;
- average daily - 11.015 t / h.

Composition of the designed equipment:

- gas piston unit (GPA), with auxiliary equipment and control system CG260-16 (Caterpillar) with electric power of 4275 kW. Total amount - 6 units
- twin Hering VB-I waste-heat boiler (one for two gas compressor units), with auxiliary equipment and control system, steam capacity not less than 7.17 t / h, pressure 8.0 bar. Total amount - 3 units
Steam boilers Bosch Universal US-L with accessories and a control system for a steam output of at least 12.5 t / h, operating pressure 8.0 bar, with Weishaupt gas burners. The total amount is 2 units.

At the request of the Customer, the design of the power plant was carried out using information modeling (BIM) technologies. The BIM level of detail is LOD 300-350.
